Our Patient Participation, Health and Wellbeing Group (PPHWG)

Here at Park View Surgery we strive to promote health and wellbeing. In particular, we would like to support our older generations by engaging in gentle stretches and exercises. We encourage this group of patients to participate in our PPHWG to be inspired and achieve the goal of self-care. Our sessions are dynamic as we value your feedback on how sessions may be tailored to the group's needs; we try to offer a variety of different experiences every week. Activities may include:

  • Gentle stretching
  • Light exercises
  • Mindfulness and meditation
  • Positive affirmations
  • Socialising
  • ...and more!

Interested in keeping fit, relaxing and socialising? Know family or friends that would like to benefit from joining us? Then please contact reception for more information and to reserve a place now!*

*This programme will be held every Friday at 4pm to 5pm, weather permitting. We also welcome those who need to accompany patients. Due to the need to practise social distancing, we regrettably have limited numbers and cannot guarantee participation every week.
